Tucked between the foothills of the Alps and Burgundy, the Jura is France's most confidential wine producing region. This bottle fermented sparkler comes from the Jura's largest and oldest co-operative, the Fruitières. The base of the wine is 100% Chardonnay, but a splash of Vin Jaune, the region's famous yellow wine, is added immediately prior to bottling, giving the wine awesome complexity in both aroma and palate.
