Constructed from high-grade 12mm pine shiplap boards over sturdy 34mm x 34mm framing, this stunning garden room features 12mm tongue and groove (T&G) timber flooring and roofing, complete with mineral roof felt. A dip-treated base coat preservative is applied, allowing for immediate top coating with your choice of paint or stain after installation. Simple self-assembly is achievable with two to three people, following the provided instructions. Note that a flat, level base of sufficient size is required, assembly on grass, soil, or gravel is not recommended.
