The Spa Yate is a fire-rated downlight finished in Matte Black.Fully fire safe (BS 476-21:1987), tested to 30, 60 & 90 min fire rating, this downlight is designed to retain the integrity of ceiling and subsequent load bearing floors in the event of a fire.
