Product Description

Experience the delights of our Blueberry Duo, showcasing two superb cultivars: Patriot and Gold Traube. Patriot leads the way, delivering large, succulent berries in July, followed by Gold Traube with its generous yield from late July to August. These berries offer a visual treat, too. In spring, both varieties awaken with delicate, fragrant flowers that beckon bees and butterflies, ensuring plentiful pollination. As autumn arrives, their foliage transforms into fiery shades, injecting a burst of vibrant colour into your garden.Whether you're a gardening novice or a seasoned expert, these self-fertile blueberry bushes are simple to cultivate. Plant them in well-drained, acidic soil in a sunny or partially shaded location. If your soil lacks natural acidity, patio containers filled with ericaceous compost and John Innes No. 3 provide an excellent alternative. Ensure they are well-watered, particularly during dry periods, and nourish with a balanced fertiliser designed for acid-loving plants. Regular pruning encourages robust growth and improves fruit production.Growing Instructions:.Light: Plant in full sun to semi-shade.Temperature: Hardy in most climates.Watering: Keep soil consistently moist, especially during fruiting.Feeding: Use ericaceous plant food in spring and early summer.Humidity: Maintain moderate humidity levels.Included Varieties:.Blueberry 'Gold Traube'.Blueberry 'Patriot'.Images are for guidance only and show the expected results of plants upon maturity. Different growing conditions might vary results. Images may be included for illustration of supply but can vary due to seasonal changes (e.g. deciduous plants lose leaves in colder months). Decorative pots are not supplied.
