The Attack Fitness Plate-Loaded range of leverage machines have been designed to work in the natural motion of the body and in such a way that optimises the isolation of the intended muscle groups. Each machine either converges or diverges in a movement that replicates the natural motion of the body, which in turn guarantees the user to get maximum muscle contraction whilst exercising.
