The York Standard 1" Solid Tricep Bar is perfect for reducing pressure on your wrists as you target strengthening and toning your triceps. The two handles located in the middle of the bar let you lift more comfortably as your hands are positioned at 90 degrees to a normal grip with a conventional bar.. The bar weighs 6.7kg and is 34 inches long and can be used on its own or you can add 1” plates to increase the intensity of your workout.. It is great for working the triceps and developing the biceps, back, and shoulders. It can be used to perform various exercises including hammer curls, overhead tricep presses, skull crushers, bench presses and more. Weight plates and collars are not included.
