Properties: Adjustable 'Long Life Lite' Nordic walking poles with Anti Shock system. made of aluminum, adjustable length in the range of 110-135 cm, cork and plastic handles, rubber feet, hardened steel tips (plates included), Velcro-fastened gloves, stick weight approx. 250 g, in the package you will find a manual with a mini user's guide (in Polish). The poles have the ANTI SHOCK system enabled by default after blocking. It can be turned off by turning back 1/8 turn - until you feel a click. Packed in a handy cover.
