When a terrorist group calling themselves 'The Fantom' threatens to destroy all of Victorian London with an explosive, 'M' of British Intelligence turns to Allan Quartermain, Captain Nemo, Dr. Jekyll and Mr.hyde, the Invisible Man, Dorian Gray and Mina Harker to save the day.
