The gauges are back lit to ensure readability in all ambient light conditions.An oil pressure gauge is a useful item as it can alert you to any drop in oil pressure that could cause an engine failure. The easy to read scale has options of either 0-7 Bar or 0-10 Bar.This oil pressure gauge is electrically operated and requires a signal from a sender unit to operate. It is recommended that the correct Smiths sender unit is used as the gauge may not function with other types.
