The factory oil filter housing does not allow for a conventional sandwich plate to be mounted, which is why this Forge Oil Cooler comes complete with a replacement oil to water cooling block.Forge have situated this cooler in the location of the factory side-mount intercooler. This location is already supplied with air via factory ducting.This means the Oil Cooler needs a Front Mounted Intercooler to have been fitted. Forge have designed this to work with their own intercooler, but cannot guarantee fitment with any other part.
