Tetrosyl Polyester Liquid Resin A multi-purpose resin for mouldings, fabricating and repairs with a controllable setting time. Can be applied to steel, aluminium (with etch primer), glass fibre, reinforced plastic, wood or stone. High quality resin resistant to many solvents like acids, alkalies, oils and salt water. Activate with separate Tetrosyl hardener (EXH001) Directions for Use: Clean surface. 2. Key surface 3. Refer to application guide and mixing ratios. Mixing ratios: Resin (g or ml) Hardener Paste (g or ml) Approx Working Time @20°C (minutes) 100 1 20 100 2 15 100 3 10 100 6 5-10 Important: Do not exceed 6g/ml hardener per 100g/ml resin. Mix thoroughly. Ensure all the coloured hardener is dispersed. The more hardener paste used or the warmer the air temperature the faster the resin will set. The table gives an approximate indication of the working times with various amounts of hardener. Excess hardener can retard setting. Note: Thin film thickness in conjunction with low temperatures will slow the cure. This is remedied by application of heat or use of a thicker film. It is suggested the ambient temperature should be at least 10°C.
