Engineering Manager Rotherham Monday - Friday - Days Shillito Group are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the function for a major manufacturing site. This is a strong leadership role, running the department, driving standards, and keeping production moving. What you'll do: Lead and develop a team of engineers Own H&S and drive standards Manage breakdowns, PPM and CMMS planning Control budgets, labour and resources Drive improvements and projects Manage contractors, permits and risk What you'll need: Manufacturing / FMCG maintenance background Ideally have an Electrical bias which is apprentice trained HNC/HND or equivalent Experience leading engineering teams Strong problem solving mindset Within this role you will: Leads from the front. Take ownership. Delivers under pressure.
