Be aware of this company ! I wanted several Electrical Installation reports and certificates for rental properties. They were very cheap. The reports came back with lots of work to be done not very cheaply. Part way through one of the jobs the electrician said it would cost more than quoted yet they had tested and inspected. Basically they are rip off merchants saying that longer wires were needed. I did not have much choice but had to pay extra as I can not do with the stress of going to court with them. They are also poor at communicating. Also on the quotes that they stated that by law I needed to install fire alarm systems in each of the properties.This is not correct in my property type as I have smoke detectors.
